オイル交換依頼のプリウスですが、結構なオイル漏れでそのまま預かり。
原因はチェーンテンショナーのガスケットでしたが、テンショナー本体はシルビアを思い出させる懐かしい形状。
一般整備、オイル交換も承りますのでよろしくお願いいたします。

アバルト595、サーキット走行に向けてブレーキ強化。
パッドとフルード交換の予定でしたが、欧州車特有の攻撃性の強い純正パッドがかなりローターを摩耗させているので、ブレーキローターも同時交換です。
リヤブレーキローター交換は、そのままではキャリパーサポートのボルトが外せないので、リヤハブ脱着が必要となります。
最後にオイルを沸点の高いものに交換して完成です。

BMW220iはリサーキュレーシンバルブを本国より取り寄せ。
GRヤリスはサーキットで歪んでしまったブレーキローターをエンドレスのEスリットタイプへ交換。
材質も良くなり冷却フィンも純正より多いですが、重量は少し軽いようです。

アバルト124のタービンが加工から戻ってきたので、早速取り付け。
タービン作業内容は
●コンプレッサーハウジング加工・ビレットコンプレッサーホイール交換
●構成部品分解洗浄・消耗品交換
●高速バランス試験・オイルリーク試験
●ロッド・ケース・クランク曲がり点検・歪み修正
●ベアリング・メタル交換
となり、風量は約115％アップとなっています。
そのまま純正タービンと同じに組み付けますので、アダプターなどの無駄なパーツも必要なく、費用も抑えられトラブルも少なくなります。
