いよいよ手放すそうです。

とりあえず、そのまま下取りに出すにはもったいないパーツ類を取り外し。

ちょっとオイルが漏れているようなので確認してみると漏れているのはインタークーラパイピング全般で、状況からみて問題なのはタービンかエンジン本体の可能性が高いです。

まずはエンジン本体、プラグ状況問題なし、圧縮のばらつきもなく大丈夫そうなので、問題はタービンと判断して早速取り外し。

ブレードは問題なさそうですが、スラスト側のガタが大きい気がします。

よく見るとタービンに何やらまずそうなパーツを発見。

この車両はサーキット走行されているのでパーツ選びは慎重さが必要です（汗

とりあえずタービンは検査に出すことにしました。

There seems to be no problem with the blade, but I feel that the backlash on the thrust side is large.
If you look closely, you will find a part that seems to be something wrong with the turbine.

そしてFD2シビックのステアリング交換。

ZC32Sスイフト、エキマニ交換。

トラスト製エキマニが装着されていましたが、フランジ部分から断裂。

溶接修理も考えましたが、今後のことも考えて交換。

今回はTMスクエアのエキマニですが、製作元はマキシムワークスさんで、さすがの造りです。

4-1タイプから4-2-1タイプへ変更されキャタライザーもツインになっているので、変化はあるだろうと思っていましたが、走りだけでなく排気音も別物になりました。

普段の運転も楽しくなりそうです。

ゴルフR用のピストンがようやく入荷。

条件に合うピストンということで、今回はJE製1mmオーバーサイズピストンです。

今までのMAHLEと比べると、結構違いがあります。

見た感じはJEの方が肉厚で強そうに見えますが、重量的にはJEの方がわずかに軽かったです。
