3番が見事に棚落ち。
サーキット全開走行時だったので、セッティングやブースト圧の問題であれば、他のピストンにも何らかの症状が見られそうですが、３番のピストン以外は全く問題がありません。
マーレー製なので、そう簡単には逝かないと思いますが。もしかしたらマーレーだったからこんなレベルで済んだのか。
とりあえず、インジェクターは点検に出すことにしました。

Number 3 fell off the shelf beautifully.
Since the circuit was running at full throttle, if it was a problem with the settings or boost pressure, similar symptoms can be seen in other battles, but there are no problems at all except for the 3rd champion.
It’s made by Murray, so I don’t think it will go away that easily.
So I decided to check the injectors.

ホイールが入荷するまでに他の作業はほぼ終わりました。

しかしながら、10Jホイールに265サイズのA052装着でのサーキット走行はさすがに厳しいので、フェンダー板金加工に入ります。

The wheels I’ve been waiting for have arrived.

Most of the other work was done by the time the wheels arrived.
However, circuit driving with 265 size A052 on 10J wheels is really difficult, so we will start fender sheet metal processing.

これだけ気温が低いとヒートガンが手放せません。

もちろん自分が温まるわけではありません。

まず、両面テープの粘着力が弱いので車内の小物取り付けやホイールのバランスウエイトを付ける場合は十分に温める必要があります。

またゴムホース類はプラスチックのように硬くなっているので、温めて柔らかくしないと亀裂が入る原因となります。

ずっとヒートガンが出っぱなしです。

雪の影響で今週の作業は延期となったので、エンジンオーバーホールしたGRBインプレッサの追加作業を進めます。
すでに車検も切れていて、リヤシート回りは取り外して2名乗車に変更するので、バッテリーはリヤに移設。
ブーストコントローラーやメーターコントロール部品をオーディオ部に取り付け。
追加メーターはダッシュ上の４連タイプです。

ピット内外工事、完全に終わりました。
皆様には色々とご迷惑をお掛けしましたが、来週より通常通り作業できます。
普段乗り車両、仕事用車両等のオイル交換、タイヤ交換、車検整備等も承っておりますので今後もよろしくお願いいたします。

作業場、完成しました。
冷暖房完備で、何といっても明るい小部屋です。
それほど広くはありませんが、一人でエンジンやミッション作業するには十分な広さです。
最初の作業はゴルフRのEA888エンジンです。

インプレッサのエンジンも完成したので、次は年末の走行会で白煙を上げたゴルフRの作業開始です。
問題が起きているのは3番シリンダーなので、降ろしてバラしてみます。

鉄粉が混入している部分は交換か徹底的に洗浄。
オイルクーラーコアと配管も十分に洗浄して組み付け。コアは裏表を逆にして取り付けたので見た目は新品のようです。
エンジンは問題なしですが他の作業がまだまだあるので、引き続きお預かりです。

Thoroughly clean the oil cooler core and piping before reassembling. The core was installed upside down, so it looks like new.
