RAYS NO1ショップのみ可能な特注色。
過去、色々なカラーを頼みましたが、そのほとんどがTE37系です。
今回は初めてG025の特注色、ダッシュホワイトです。
スポーク系ホイールはほとんど黒系色ばかりなので、新鮮さがあっていい感じです。
ただ、センターキャンプの色が選べないのが残念です。

This is the first custom color for G025, Dash White.
The spoke wheels are mostly black, so it feels fresh and good.

原因はいつものレリーズベアリング。
街乗りで使用している分には巷で言われているほどトラブルは出ませんが、サーキット走行などハードな使い方をすると強度不足なのは間違いなさそうです。
今回はスポーツ走行している車両なので、シフトフィーリング・耐久性・ミッション負担低減など、当店お勧めのATSカーボンクラッチを選択していただき同時にTRD強化マウントも導入です。

The cause is the usual release bearing.
It doesn’t have as much trouble as people say when it’s used for street riding, but it seems that it’s definitely not strong enough for hard use such as circuit driving.
Since this time it is a vehicle for sports driving, we have selected the ATS carbon clutch recommended by our shop for shift feeling, durability, reduction of mission load, etc., and at the same time we have also introduced a TRD reinforced mount.

ストラットタワーバーといってもサスペンションの取り付け部があるわけではないので、実際にはハッチバックの空洞部分の補強パーツです。
選択したのはクスコのカーボンで重量増もほとんどなしです。

GR Yaris, rear tower bar installed.
Although it is called a strut tower bar, it does not have a suspension mounting part, so it is actually a reinforcement part for the hollow part of the hatchback.
I chose Cusco’s carbon and there is almost no weight increase.

先日、ビルシュタイン車高調を装着したF55ミニクーパーS。
タイヤ・ホイールとマフラーが揃ったので同時交換。
タイヤ・ホイールは組み付け済みのアドバンRSⅢにミシュランパイロットスポーツの組み合わせ。
マフラーはテールデザインが自由に選択可能で、排気管の途中にバルブシステムコントロールが内蔵されたREMUS製です。
もちろんリモコンにてバルブ開度は選択可能になっています。

The other day, F55 Mini Cooper S equipped with Bilstein coilovers.
Tires, wheels and mufflers were all ready, so I replaced them at the same time.
Tires and wheels are a combination of pre-assembled ADVAN RS III and Michelin Pilot Sports.
The tail design of the muffler can be freely selected, and it is made by REMUS with a built-in valve system control in the middle of the exhaust pipe.
Of course, the valve opening can be selected with the remote control.

一気に寒くなったので、冬タイヤ付け替え依頼も一気に増えました。
スタッドレスタイヤは特殊なゴムが使用されている為、溝があっても5年以上経過した物は、お勧めできませんので気を付けて下さい。

走行会に間に合ってよかったですが、荷物がすでに遅れ気味のようで、夕方にようやく到着。
現状、スプリングのみできっちり落とされていますが、さすがにサーキット走行では役不足のようで、スピリット車高調に変更です。
オーナーの希望や使用するタイヤなども考慮して制作していますので、良い選択だと思いますが、ゴルフGTIは電子制御サスペンションのため高価なECSキャンセラーが必要になってしまうのが難点です。

Golf 7 GTI, suspension replacement.
I’m glad I made it in time for the driving event, but it seems that my luggage was already late, so I finally arrived in the evening.
Currently, only the spring is properly dropped, but it seems that it is not useful for circuit driving, so it is changed to the spirit damper.
I think it’s a good choice because it takes into consideration the owner’s wishes and the tires to be used, but the disadvantage is that the Golf GTI requires an expensive ECS canceller because it has an electronically controlled suspension.
